As we live our lives, day to day struggles can overwhelm us and cause us to become stuck, burdened with anxiety and depression.  Life becomes dark and heavy and the day to day enjoyment of life disappears.   

It is Sue’s personal mission to offer an empathic, compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to work though life’s transitions. While providing coping skills and strategies to improve overall quality of life. Sue can help you navigate, explore, and develop personal goals.  Her goal is to help you identify your unique talents and gifts to guide through life’s struggles utilizing a strengths-based and solution-focused approach in a collaborative manner. 

Sue possess over 20 years of community based mental health professional experience.  She is 

knowledgeable of community resources and is a strong advocate for her clients. In addition to providing individual therapy, Sue has worked as clinical supervisor and manager of an outpatient facility.  Her experience covers a wide of range of ages from college students to retirees.  

She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Masters in Arts in Guidance and Counseling. Sue looks forward to meeting with you and guiding you through the healing process.
