Stephanie Hyden, MA, LLPC*

Specializing in couples therapy and a wide variety of individual concerns

Life can be difficult and  sometimes people get "stuck". Cumulative traumas and stressors take their toll on well-being and relationships.  The mechanisms we use to self-soothe and cope can be or become unhealthy or maladaptive. Arguments in relationships can feel perpetual and never-ending.

If you need individual or couples therapy for just about any issue, Stephanie will help you navigate your concerns and accomplish your goals. She can help you recognize that you don't have to be perfect, but that you can find joy in being real. She can help couples discover that differences can be navigated and don't have to become points of contention that result in lasting relational pain. She can teach skills that will lead you to live your life with a higher level of joy and sense of satisfaction and purpose.

Stephanie Hyden, M.A., LLPC** graduated with her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary.
